You ma’am, are a CUNT! {Barista}

During a very busy period for cafe, I finally managed to clear most of my orders, and only had 2 big orders left.

The first group, a woman and her two kids ordered 2 standard hot chocolates, and a tall cappuccino. The second, 3 women, who ordered 4 large lattes. 

I completed the first order for the woman and her children, and called out her order. She couldn’t have missed me, as I am known around the store for being very loud and distinct (something you have to be, in order to reach customers ears in a full dining room).

One of the women from the second group came and grabbed the coffees 2 minutes after I had presented and called out the order, and had gone back to my machine to finish the second.

She then came back 3 minutes later, to complain that I had gotten the order wrong. I took one look at her, and told her that it was not her order, and that she had taken the order that belonged to the woman waiting behind her, who was now joining the conversation.

I now had to replace the first order as well as finish the second.

Well, she was having none of my nonsense, and proceeded to continue drinking woman B’s order while complaining to said woman that I was incompetent and most likely mentally challenged, as well as yelling at me, and telling me that I take far too long to make her coffee and she wanted them all free.

When I told her she was not getting free coffee, as she had already taken 3 coffees that we clearly not hers as they were the wrong number of coffees as well as being the wrong size, and she was being rude by standing right next to me and yelling at me while drinking the coffees that she now knew were not hers to drink, she got even madder, and called over my manager to tell her that I was “A piece of shit and the worst Barista shes ever had.”

I finished the 7 coffees I had to make, and turned to this woman, handing her her coffees and bidding her farewell with “You are a huge, fucking cunt.” before walking away.
